Description

The brief was to prove that Scandinavian Airlines got the best timetable for people travelling from various part of Sweden to Stockholm and back over the day: The typical Stockholm-meeting day. The ad ran on a swedish equivalent to TV.com — a place you go to in order to see what’s on TV.

In this screenshot the banner at the top is suggesting to the user which plane to take back to Stockholm from Umeå in northern Sweden — in order to have the meeting in Stockholm but still get back to watch Heroes at home.

Here we show the morning flight. In this case it’s departure is 6:30 in the morning. On rollover of the TV listing the user gets a suggestion on which flight to take, depending on which program they want to be home to.

We’re not using data to sell tickets at lower prices for those looking for tickets to Stockholm – we’re taking a brand position for SAS and using data to to prove a point – for people with a mindset far from traveling and business.
